Getting a slow start this cloudy morning. First sitting on the porch in a while, cool enough to do so. A few sprinkles hitting the surface of the Pond and making little circles. First time to be comfortable in jeans - fall must be coming. Skipped my walk this morning in favor of just sitting and watching the morning break open. The photo is from the Asheville Yoga Center Therapeutic Teacher training this past weekend -just to give you a picture of what a room FULL of 52 yoga students looks like. Great course, great teacher, facility, weekend!

Yoga at AYC
