Relationships

I'm sure by now you have given up on me.  To be honest, I don't know where the week went - lots of different places.  This morning, my Pod Sisters are leaving in a few hours and I'll have time to reflect on the wonders of our friendship.  It all began years ago when we met at the Claritas Institute for Interspiritual Mentors in Boulder, CO. For more than seven years now we have been meeting three or four times a year for a couple days and  nights together to share experiences.  In addition, we have a teleconference call once a month checking in on personal lives and also discussing a book chapter.  We just completed Women Who Run With Wolves  which has been a delightful experience even though a very long book!  A wonderful way to tighten friendships by hearing each one's reaction to some wisdom teachings.  Sometimes we agree, sometimes we don't.  But, always our friendships grow deeper by connecting in these ways.  The longer I live the more I realize the most important thing in my life is relationships.  Soooo, please don't give up on me.  I promise I'll be more consistent in my writing….at least this week!
