Pine Pollen is Good for Us??

Did you know that pine pollen has many components beneficial to human beings?  Google it and learn all about how to collect it and what it is good for - whoops!  for what it is good.  Author Stephen Buhner writes of Chinese research with mice showing "a distinctive anti-fatigue effect, enhances survival times under stress, increases SOD activity in the liver, protects the liver from chemical stressors including alcohol, reduces cholesterol levels, increases high density lipoprotein (HDL) levels while reducing low density lipoprotein (LDL) levels, and protects arterial blood vessels from damage."  ……."that pine pollen reduces the buildup of lipofuscin in the heart, brain, and liver does give credence to its long use in China as an anti aging herb."  Who'd a thunk it?
