My body, my teacher

The Medicine Woman at work during Light Body School at Omega Institute last wek.  Wonder if any of my suggestions proved workable?  Found words of wisdom to share from Krishna to share this morning:  My body, My teacher.  The body is a teacher of mine, being the cause of dispassion and discernment and being subject to birth and death, which always are attendant with pain.  Even though it has a different destiny from my own, with its help I ponder the principles of existence and move about free from attachment.  Free from attachment?  A goal, not an accomplishment of mine.
