I found this near the swimming pool here in Shipyard Plantation at Hilton Head. Can anyone identify it for me? It's a shrub about 6 feet tall now. The blossom is about 4-6 inches long.Many more lovely flowers in the landscape but this is the most unusual I've seen so far. We have seen one large alligator sunning on a bank near the lagoon. Altogether, a lovely environment in which to be. I am truly blessed.
